The third of the stunning ocean-front high-rise "Oceania" condominium buildings, Oceania III is technically located in Sunny Isles Beach, a seaside city which couldn't have a more fitting name! This new high rise condominium building required detailed and specific fire sprinkler design, and Life Safety Project was happy to deliver.

Located on Little Torch Key, one of the beautiful Florida Keys, these bungalows sustained significant damage in a hurricane and had to be rebuilt. Life Safety Project was contracted for design of the fire sprinkler systems within each bungalow.
